Dorothy Abelson

I create large acrylic abstract paintings on canvas. My paintings begin in my imagination, evolve in a spontaneous use of colors and form into an interpretation of nature. My motivation and passion is to share my point of view, and explore the creative possibilities in the beauty of my surroundings. The process and the randomness as a painting evolves becomes my visual expression of nature in art.
